Mrs. Agnes Fordham Owens, 82, of Hawkinsville, Ga., passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Atrium Navicent Health in Macon, Ga.There will be a private service held on Sunday, August 15, 2021.Anyone wishing to speak with the family may do so on Friday, August 13 or Saturday, August 14 at 133 S. Houston Street, Hawkinsville, Georgia 31036.
Mrs. Owens was a native of Laurens County, Ga. and a member of Riverside Baptist Church.She was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts, quilting and baking.She also made wedding dresses.Agnes especially enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Survivors include her husband, Albert L. Owens of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sons, Dennis (Cindy) Owens of Columbia, SC, Allen (Mia) Owens of Charleston, SC; daughter, Loretta (Mike) May of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brother, Ronald M. (Linda) Fordham of South Carolina; sisters, Carolyn Sinyard of Hawkinsville, Ga., Geraldine (Edison) Darby of South Carolina; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
