Alice Mims Conner, 80, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at her daughter's residence in Warner Robins, Ga.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 17, 2017 at Hawkinsville First Baptist Church with visitation from 10:00 until 11:00 before the service. Burial will be in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Conner was a native ofSumner, Ga. and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.Alice enjoyed her family, visiting the ocean and flower gardening.She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wesley "Buster" Conner, Sr.
Survivors include her son, Wes (Angela) Conner of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughter, Lynne (Darrell) Layfield of Warner Robins, Ga.; grandchildren, Allison Lynne Layfield, Madison Elizabeth Conner, Mary Wesley Conner and several nieces and nephews.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
