Alice Jan Poole
November 21, 1946 — January 15, 2015
Mrs. Poole was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia and was a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church. She was a retired teacher from the Houston County school system. Jan was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a devoted wife. She was beloved by her Aunt Wink and cousins.Jan was also beloved by her two dogs, Lady and Jack. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Jessie Floyd and Alice Bembry Anderson.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Terrell Poole of Hawkinsville, Georgia and her aunt, Winifred Greer of Cochran, Georgia. She was also survived by several cousins.
