Andrea Lynn Poplin, age 40, of Pineview, Georgia passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at her residence. Celebration of life services will be held at 3p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Oaks Community Church with Rev. Chuck Poplin and Rev. Blake Westbrook officiating. Daniel Wehunt will serve as an honorary pallbearer. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home. Burial will be held privately following the services for family members only.
Andrea was born on September 4, 1977 in Americus, Georgia. She was a member of the Oaks Community Church in Pineview, Georgia. Ms. Poplin held an Associate of Arts degree and was an honor graduate of Ben Hill Technical College in Fitzgerald, Georgia. She was preceded in death by Lorene Mashburn and William and Elaine Poplin.
Left to forever cherish her memory are her parents, William (Julie) Poplin of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Angela (Sam) Lindsey of Pineview, Georgia; grandfather, Vernon Mashburn of Pineview, Georgia; sisters, Valerie (Davy) Sangster and son, Gabe Sangster of Hawkinsville, Georgia, Kimberly (Brent) Powell and children, Carson Powell, Tanner Powell and Ava Grace Powell all of Cochran, Georgia, Stephanie Poplin of Hawkinsville, Georgia and special nephew, Daniel Wehunt; stepsisters, Angie Lindsey, Amanda (Chris) Cantelmi and Lori (Jared) Hendrickson. Aunts & Uncles, Sheila and Keith Hunter of Fayetteville, Georgia, Chuck and Sherry Poplin of Shalimar, Florida, Todd and Gayle Poplin of Huntsville, Alabama and David and Susan Poplin of Monteca, California. She is also survived by one very special great aunt, Delinda Doster of Pineview, Georgia.
