Anelia Cohen Miller

Mrs. Patsy Anelia Cohen Miller, 77, of Pineview, Ga., passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Shady Pines Estate in Abbeville, Ga.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, May 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.  A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Michael Slaven officiating.

Mrs. Miller was a native of Wilcox County, Georgia and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.  She was a retired CPA having worked at State Bank of Pineview and D. M. Vickers of Hawkinsville, Ga.  She was a member of the WMU and the Pineview Garden Club.  Anelia loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She loved antiquing, doing needle work, gardening and spending time in the mountains.  Anelia was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marie Rhodes Cohen; husband, James W. Miller, Jr.; sister, Barbara Cohen Martin and brother, James Cohen.

Survivors include her son, Jeff (Teri) Miller of Pineview, Ga.; daughter, Cinda (John) Stamey of Roswell, Ga.; brothers, Robert (Gayle) Cohen of Forsyth, Ga., Joey (Debbie) Cohen of Lizella, Ga., Rusty (Vickie) Cohen of Lizella, Ga.; sister, Thelma (Monty) Truelove of Gray, Ga.; grandchildren, William Joiner Miller and Elizabeth Marie Stamey and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to caregivers, Tammy Osteen, Sherry Bloodworth, the staff at Shady Pines Estates, Rita Courson and staff of Pruitt Hospice.
