Barbara Gail Hogg Thombley

Mrs. Barbara Gail Hogg Thombley, age 71, of Hawkinsville, Georgia, passed away on November 10, 2022 at her residence. A funeral service will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Freddie Hogg officiating. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thombley, was born on December 15, 1950 and a native of Hawkinsville, Ga.  She was a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.  She was a retired Dooly County School teacher where she loved teaching her students. She loved her family, she loved sewing and arts and crafts.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard David and Inez Coody Hogg and brother, Richard David “Ricky” Hogg.

Those left to forever cherish her memory include her husband, James Thomas Thombley of Hawkinsville Ga.; son, Walter Clinton Thombley; daughter, Valorie Elaine Thombley; grandchildren, Landon Cole Thombley, Gracie Lynn Thombley, David Thombley Mann, Jay Thomas Thombley and Cheyanne Nicole Fletcher; and 2 great grandchildren, Kohen Tyler Hatcher and Caroline Elizabeth Hobbs.
