Betty Jean Adams Fountain, 72, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Sunday, April 20, 2014 in the Taylor Regional Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Don Hock and Rev. Paul Hock officiating.Burial will be in the Bluff Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Fountain was native ofThomasville, Ga. and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.She was a homemaker and a good, loving mother and wife.She was a devoted and loving grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, James Fountain of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sons, Thomas Eugene Fountain of Hawkinsville, Ga. and James Robert Fountain of Salisbury, Maryland; daughters, Margaret A. Shirley of Steens, Mississippi, Martha Ann Brannen and Connie Sue Jordan, both of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brothers, Jerry Adams, Wayne Adams and Ricky Adams, all of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Helen Adams of Unadilla, Ga., Carolyn Christian of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Gail Henson of Moultrie, Ga., 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening, April 22, 2014 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
