Mrs. Betty M. Lancaster, 78, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away at her residence on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Broad Street Baptist Church in Hawkinsville with Rev. Dr. Kelly Pritchett and Rev. Jeff Waters officiating.Burial will be in the Lancaster Cemetery.
Mrs. Lancaster was a native of Pulaski County, Ga.She was a member of Broad Street Baptist Church and a homemaker.She was a member of the Relay for Life.Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Grady E. and Sarah M. Martin and a son, Daryl Lancaster.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Lancaster of Hawkinsville, Ga.; son, Ricky (Wendy) Lancaster of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brother, Johnny (Dale) Martin of Pineview, Ga. and 2 grandchildren, Hunter Williams and Landon Lancaster.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Broad Street Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Williams, Landon Lancaster, Colby Martin, Clint Martin, Robert Owings and Robert Lancaster.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Broad Street Baptist Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
