Billy lived all of his life in Pulaski County and was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church.He was a farmer for many years prior to becoming a sales manager for Liberty National Life Insurance Company until he retired.He was a member of the Masons and the NRA.After graduating from high school, he played football on a scholarship at the Citadel and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.He was a member of The Town Creek Country Club and Southern Hills.His special hobbies were softball ( having played with Bobby's and Walker Farms) and he was an avid golfer, pool player and weight lifter.Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Geraldine Little and a brother, Randall Little.
Survivors include his wife, Susie Fultz Little of Pineview, Ga.; daughter, Maisie Pilkinton (Stephen) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; grandson, Hunter Pilkinton of Ludowici, Ga.; sisters, Sandy Pope (Neal) of Haynesville, Ga., Lynn Williamson (Wayne) of Warner Robins, Ga., Pam Wheeler (Bubba) of Hawkinsville, Ga., Tammy Folds of Hawkinsville, Ga. and several nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Relay for Life Team at Hawkinsville High School for the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
