Bonnie Bloodworth Smith, 55, of Macon, Ga. died Thursday, October 6, 2011 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 9, 2011 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Gary Abbott officiating.Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Bonnie was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Hawkinsville.She was a nursing supervisor at Coliseum Northside Hospital in Macon, Ga.Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Howard Coates Bloodworth and sister, Trudy Lynn Bloodworth.
Survivors include her mother, Carolyn Warren Bloodworth of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sister, Susan Bloodworth Lowery of Juliette, Ga.; brothers, David Arthur Bloodworth of Hawkinsville, Ga., Donald Bloodworth of Hawkinsville, Ga., Barry Howard Bloodworth of Macon, Ga. and Richard Warren Bloodworth of Athens, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Randy Keene, Ronnie Bloodworth, Steve Massey, Chris Massey, Matt Massey, Roy Bloodworth, John Miller and Randy Stubbs.
Visitation will be Saturday afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted,but the family asks that donations be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
