Carlton Dale Wortham, 56, of Hawkinsville, Georgia died November 7, 2013 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 3p.m. Monday, November 11, 2013 at Clark Funeral Home with Sonja Cosmato officiating.
Mr. Wortham was a native of Bibb County Georgia and a member of the Baptist faith. He was a retired car salesman. Survivors include his father, William Carlton (Yvonne) Wortham of Hawkinsville, Georgia; son, Nick Wortham of Denver, Colorado; daughter, Jessica Wortham of Denver, Colorado; brother, William L. Wortham of Hawkinsville, Georgia; sisters, Faith D. Hampton of Juneau, Alaska and step-sister, Wonda Jackson of Warner Robins, Georgia.
