Carolyn Warren Bloodworth, 80, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville, Ga.Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church with Rev. Dr. Gary Abbott and Rev. Reggie Gunn officiating.Burial will be in Friendship Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Bloodworth was a native of Fulton County, Ga. and a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.Carolyn was a retired loan officer for Planters Bank. She waspreceded in death by her husband, Howard Coats Bloodworth and two daughters, Bonnie Bloodworth Smith and Trudy Lynn Bloodworth.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Bloodworth Lowery (Kevin) of Juliette, Ga.; sons, David A. Bloodworth of Hawkinsville, Ga., Donald Bloodworth (Maggie) of Hawkinsville, Ga. Barry Howard Bloodworth (Susan) of Macon, Ga. and Richard Warren Bloodworth (Lynn) of Athens, Ga.; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church Building Fund.
The family will greet friends at the Bloodworth residence.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
