Carolyn Vinson Edge, age 74, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Friday, December, 26, 2008 in the Pinewood Manor Nursing Home.Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 28, 2008 in Mars Hill Cemetery in Dooly County with Dr. Kelly Pritchett and Rev. Marvin Edge officiating.

Mrs. Edge was a native of Dooly County, Ga.; a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church and was retired from child care service.She was preceded in death by her husband Marlin Edge and brother John Vinson.

Survivors include Daughter, Beverly E. Ussery (Donald) of Hawkinsville; son, Steven Edge; sister Joyce Bloodworth (James) of Rochelle; Grandsons, Thomas Blake Ussery of Atlanta, Ga. and Adam Grant Ussery (Jessica) and Great Grandson, Austin Grant Ussery all of Hawkinsville; Several nieces and nephews.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
