Carolyn Lancaster Becham Ragan

Mrs. Carolyn Lancaster Becham Ragan, 87, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Navicent Health in Macon.  Visitation will be Sunday morning December 1, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. with a funeral service starting at 11:00 am at Corinth Baptist Church with Dr. Don McClung and Mr. Robert Lancaster officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot at Lancaster Cemetery.

Carolyn was a native of Pulaski County, Georgia.  She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and was retired from Pulaski County School System where she was a former Star Teacher.  Carolyn loved her family, traveling to the beach, to the mountains, and taking cruises. She loved her church where she played the piano and keeping in touch with family and friends on social media. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Rev. Cecil Becham and William Leon Ragan Jr.; daughter, Tammy Becham; son, Christopher Becham and her parents, Albert Rayford and Belle Iola Ashley Lancaster.

Survivors include her son, Tim Becham (Lisa Herndon); daughter Debra Johnson (Charles); brothers, Jerry Lancaster (Nell), Ray Lancaster (Donna) and Bobby Lancaster; grandchildren, Tabitha Humphrey (Josh), Ashley White (Byron), Ben Becham, Brooke Becham and Jackson Carter.; great grandchildren, Braylon White, Miles White, Simon White, Wesley White, Becham White, Calum Becham andTatum Becham.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
