Carolyn Virginia Skipper
October 30, 1926 — February 3, 2022
Mrs. Carolyn was born on October 30, 1926 in Hawkinsville, Georgia to the late T.C. and Velma Dorminey. She was a graduate of the Hawkinsville High School Class of 1944. She was employed at Robins Air Force Base during World War II and was the owner of Carolyn's Ceramics. Carolyn was a charter member of Broad Street Baptist Church and kept the nursery for over 20 years. She loved making flower arrangements and working in her flower and herb gardens. Mrs. Skipper was preceded in death by her husband, Roy L. Skipper; son, David Thomas Skipper; sisters, Nell Burt and Patsy Cason.
Those left to forever cherish her memory include her son, Don (Dorann) Skipper of Buckhead, Georgia; grandchild, Valori S. (Jon) Harris of Monroe, Georgia and great grandchildren, Emma Grace Harris and Dalton Hugh Harris.
