Mrs. Gladys Charlene Mims Douglas, 81, of Hawkinsville, Ga., passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 at her residence.A visitation will be held Monday, July 26, 2021 from 10 to 11 a.m. in Clark Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Don McClung officiating.
Charlene was a native of Alexander City, Alabama and a member of First Baptist Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.She was a homemaker and baker.She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Alma Mozelle Coker Mims and a son-in-law Gary Black.
Survivors include her husband Charles Boyd Douglas of Hawkinsville, Ga., daughters, Belinda Allums (Gerald) of Hawkinsville, Ga., Rhonda Black of Hawkinsville Ga.; sister, Deborah Mims Holman (Brentley) of Alexander City, Alabama; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Flowers will be accepted.
