Charles Albert Anderson
August 21, 1941 — September 27, 2013
Charles was a native of Pulaski County and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church. He was a retired Warehouse Supervisor for the Georgia Department of Corrections and also a Navy Veteran. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry Anderson, Sr. and Willie Belle Anderson. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Piney Anderson.
Survivors include his sons, Charles A. Anderson, Jr. of Hawkinsville, Georgia and John Anderson of Hawkinsville, Georgia; daughters, Dora Belle (Dave) Hood of Duluth, Georgia, Sara Anderson (Bruce) Johnson of Macon, Georgia and Michelle (Toby) Dowdy of Hawkinsville, Georgia; brothers, Tony Anderson, Bill (Sandra) Anderson and John Henry (Dora) Anderson all of Hawkinsville, Georgia; grandchildren, Evan Anderson, Christine Anderson, Joshua Huckeba, Joseph Huckeba and Walter Ty Dowdy; great grandson, Mason Anderson.
Visitation will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Monday, September 30, 2013 from 5p.m. to 7p.m.Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia in charge of arrangements.
