Mrs. Clara Kemper Blount Daniel, 85 of Brooksville, Fla., formerly ofHawkinsville, Ga., died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Crown Pointe Senior Living Community in Spring Hill, Florida.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday,May9, 2012 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Dr. Don McClung officiating.Burial will be in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Daniel was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of the First Baptist Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.She was a homemaker and a member of the Hawkinsville Garden Club.She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Beulah Blount; husband, Emmett Daniel and son, Steve Daniel.
Survivors include her son, Jim (Starr) Daniel of Brooksville, Fla.; 5 grandchildren, Seth Daniel of Fort Worth, Texas, Kall Daniel of Brooksville, Fl., Collin Daniel of Brooksville, Fl., Amanda Bass (Rodney) of Scotland, Ga, LeAnn Buttrom (Eric) of Ft. Valley, Ga.; six great-grandchildren, Skiler Sears of Scotland, Ga., Bryston Sears of Scotland, Ga., Brennan Bass of Scotland, Ga., Ethan Mills of Ft. Valley, Ga., Annaley Buttrom ofFt. Valley, Ga. andCallie Buttrom of Ft. Valley, Ga.; brother, Tommy Blount (Patricia) of Hawkinsville, Ga.,four sisters, Rachel Meadows (Dan deceased) of Hawkinsville, Ga., Corine Bond (Marion) of Lithonia, Ga., Peggy Snider (Jack) of Tucker, Ga., Patsy Browning (Curtis) of Cordele, Ga.; twelve surviving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
