Clara Mae Hickman Kutches

April 22, 1935 — November 17, 2024

Mrs. Clara Mae Hickman Kutches, 89, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024 at her residence.  Visitation will be Wednesday evening November 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Orange Hill Cemetery with Rev. Barry Teutsch officiating.

Clara was a native of Pulaski County, Georgia.  She was a member of the Baptist faith and attended Westview Baptist Church.  She was a dock worker with Amoco Oil which she later retired from.  Clara loved her dogs, Danny and Millie.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Olin and Lizzie Mae Carr Hickman; husbands, Billy Wayne Hughes and Raymond Kutches; sister, Grace Dixon; two sons, Terry Dale Hughes and Gary Wayne Hughes.

Survivors include her son, Fred Olin Hughes (Dundi); grandchildren, Danielle Hughes, Kyle Hughes (Daria); great granddaughter, Claire Hughes; and Special Family Frank, Allison, Bentley and Emiee Williams.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
