Clyde Franklin Gilbert, 89, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 3, 2009 in the chapel of Clark Funeral home with Dr. Kelly Pritchett and Dr. Don McClung officiating.Burial will be in the Orange Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Gilbert was a native ofPulaski County and a member of Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.. He was a retired employee of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. and the Hawkinsville Coca-Cola Bottling Company for 42 years.Clyde was an Air Force Veteran of World War II and a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his sister, Melva Skipper (Morgan) of Hawkinsville, Ga. and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Houston Berry, Ronnie Quick, Terry Sanders, Jeff Yearty, Jimmy Mullis and Bob Sanders.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening, Dec. 2, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements
