Cyril Boys

April 16, 1918 — October 24, 2012

Cyril, T. Boys, Sr. age 94, passed away in Perry, Ga. on October 24, 2012.
A 40 year resident of Americus, he was born April 6, 1918 in New Richmond, Ohio.
He retired from the United States Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 1972 after a long and decorated career as a Command Pilot.
He will be missed by his wife, Betty Crabb Boys; his children, Roberta Gemmill (husband Rusty), Cyril T. Boys, Jr. (wife Sharon), W. Tucker Boys (wife Gay), Alan R. Boys and William T. Boys.Six grandchildren also survive.
He was a man of integrity and honor.
A memorial service is planned at a later date.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
