Dan Floyd, 77, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Friday, January 25, 2013 in the Taylor Regional Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 11 a. m. Monday, January 28, 2013 at Broad Street Baptist Church with Dr. Kelly Pritchett and Rev. Jeff Waters officiating.Burial will be in the Orange Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Floyd was a native of Bleckley County and a member of the Broad Street Baptist Church.He was an army veteran and a member of the N. R. A.Dan retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base.
Mr. Floyd was survived by his wife, Bobbie Floyd of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughter, Teresa (Danny) Crabb of Calhoun, Ga.; sister-in-law, Myrna W. Floyd of Hawkinsville, Ga. and two grandchildren, Daniel Crabb and Danielle Crabb, both of Calhoun, Ga.
Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
