David Allen Benton

February 15, 1953 — July 5, 2016

David Allen Benton, age 63 of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away in the early morning hours of July 5, 2016 at his residence. Per David's wishes there will be no services held.
Mr. Benton was born on February 15, 1953 in McMinn County Tennessee. He was self-employed for many years as a truck driver and mechanic. He always enjoyed his work as a mechanic. David spent a number of years in the National Guard and was a member of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Daniel of Clyde, North Carolina; sisters, Nancy Flippo, Janie Brooks, Peggy Goodman, Pauline Blount and Diane Sirmans. He is aslo survived by Annetta Brady.
