Doctor David Leon Day

Doctor David Leon Day, 57, of Fitzgerald, Ga. passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Coffee County Hospital.  Visitation will be Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service starting at 11:00 am, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church on Carl Vinson Parkway in Warner Robins, Ga. with Andrew Howe officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Bleckley Memorial Gardens.

David was born in Anchorage, Alaska and was a member of the Lutheran Faith.  He was a retired medical Doctor. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanne H. C. Martin Day.

Survivors include his father, Alvin Leon (Linda) Day; brothers, Robert A. Day (Glenda H.) of Warner Robins, Ga., Stephen Day (Sarah) of Panama City, Fla., John Day (Lizbeth) of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Julia Sammons (Perry) of Cheswald Delaware, Marcie Whitney (Mark) of Pensacola, Fla. Laurie Day-Parker (David) of Jupiter, Fla.
