Mr. Harvey was a native of Wilcox County, Ga. and a member of the Baptist faith.He was a self-employed contractor and a member ofthe Farm Bureau.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Harvey of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sons, Roger Harvey (Deb Carr) of Hawkinsville, Ga., Jimmy Harvey (Tat Tripp) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brother, Robert Harvey of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Sharon "Sis" Fordham of Hawkinsville, Ga., Jerell Wilks of Vienna, Ga., Mary Sloan of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 4 grandchildren, John Roger Harvey (Alyssa), Jennifer Harvey, William Harvey and Jenna (Brian) Maddox.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
