Dora Franklin Anderson

Mrs. Dora Franklin Anderson, age 90, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away at the Mattie Marshall Center in Americus Ga. on November 26, 2022. A funeral service will be held in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 2:00 pm with a visitation starting a 1:00 pm prior to the service. Rev. John Walker will be officiating. Burial will be private.

Dora was born on April 12, 1932 and was married to John Henry Anderson for 50 years. She loved gardening, antiquing and caring for the sick and elderly in the community. She was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Anderson Jr.; parents, Virgil and Ruby Franklin; brothers, William and Donald Franklin; sisters, Georgia DeSain (Don) and Warrien Franklin.

Those left to forever cherish her memory include numerous nieces and nephews.
