Edith McLeod, 71, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2012 at Pinewood Manor Nursing Home in Hawkinsville. Graveside services were held at 2p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2012 at Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens in Bleckley County with Rev. Brent Duncan officiating.
She was a native of Pulaski County and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church in Hawkinsville. Mrs. McLeod is preceded in death by her husband James Herman McLeod. She was a caregiver to Kelly Crump Cravey and Casey Crump. She is survived by her son, James Herman McLeod, Jr. of Hawkinsville, Ga.; brother, James Hobbs of Cochran, Ga.; sister, Mary Faye Wynn of Cochran, Ga.; niece, Glenda Calhoun of Florida; nephew, David Wynn of Cochran, Ga. and her aunt, Virginia Flourney of Roberta, Ga.
