Ernest Anderson, age 69 of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at his residence. Ernest was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia on April 11, 1947 to Charlie and Augusta Anderson. He attended Bozeman High School and was affectionately known as "Rap" throughout his life. Mr. Anderson was a retired carpenter. He married Mildred Whitehead Anderson in 1967. He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather (gramps). Ernest was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
He leaves his wife, Mildred Anderson to cherish his memories along with one daughter, Dr. Cheronie (Mims) Blunt; brothers, Joe Anderson, Robert (Dorothy) Anderson, William Anderson, Leon Anderson and Eugene (Sharon) Anderson; sisters, Dorothy Scott, Elizabeth Collins, Annie Lee Grayer, Clara Anderson, Bernell Anderson and Ella Mae Pitts. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Damien, Andrea and Maleah.
