Esther Louise Griffin, 72, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in Pinewood Manor Nursing Home in Hawkinsville, Ga.Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, November 26, 2010 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with the Rev. John Walker officiating.Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.Burial will be private.
Mrs. Griffin was a native of Troup County, Ga. and a member of Corinth United Methodist Church of Hogansville, Ga.She was a retired caregiver and lived most of her life in Hawkinsville.She was preceded in death by her husband, Erlyn Griffin and brothers, William Johnson and Ralph Johnson, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Penny (Paul) Dunagan of Hawkinsville, Ga.; granddaughter, Joni Dunagan of Perry, Ga.; sister, Ruby (Butler) Barron of Conyers, Ga. and nephew, Brian (Misty) Barron of Roberta, Ga.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
