Evelyn was born in Dooly County on July 31, 1933 to the late Lee and Amanda Gray. She was a member of County Line Baptist Church and worked on the assembly line at Lithonia Lighting for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Marvin Todd.
Survivors include her son, Keith Todd of Ohio; daughter, Dion Boutwell of Hawkinsville, Georgia; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
