Florence Bertash, 98, of Eastman, Ga. died Sunday, December 29, 2011 at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home in Eastman, Ga.There are no services set at this time.

Mrs. Bertash was a native of Crystal Lake, Illinois and a retired office medical manager.

Survivors include her daughter, Alexandria Aldredge-Levin of Prague, Czech Republic and a nephew, Albert Gilbert of Eastman, Ga.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
