FRANCES HOLT McKINNEY

Frances Holt McKinney, 88, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Friday, March 13, 2009 in the Taylor Regional Hospital.Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 16, 2009 in the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church with Dr. Don McClung officiating.Burial will be in the Orange Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. McKinney was a native of Pulaski County and a member of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.She was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class.Mrs. McKinney was a member of the Homemakers Club and the Garden Club.She was a member of the church WMU.Mrs. McKinney was a bookkeeper for McKinney Grocery and the Food Basket and was a caseworker for DFACS in Hawkinsville, Ga.Mrs. McKinney was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Virlin McKinney.She had a degree in Business Administration from Middle Georgia College.

Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Jane and Alan Mazza of Eastman, Ga.; Sister, Beth Holt Spillers of Perry, Ga.; Grandchildren, Bradley and Candace Mazza, David and Kimberly Mazza, all of Eastman, Ga.; Several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Clark Funeral Home in Hawkinsville, Ga.

Pallbearers will be Mike Goslin, Tom Pierce, Billy Cape, Rudy McAnally, Rudy Lancaster, John Gibson, Bennett Cloy and Tommy Dawson.

Honorary pallbearers will be the First Baptist Church Last Chance Sunday School Class.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
