George Eustice Long

Mr. George Eustice Long, 76, of Hawkinsville, Ga. passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at his residence.There are no services at this time.
Mr. Long was a native of Alabama and a member of the Baptist faith.He was a self-employed, long distance truck driver.He served in the Vietnam War in the United States Marine Corps.George was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.He was a good-hearted, kind man that loved his friends, family, dogs and his chickens.He loved to fish and garden.
Survivors include 2 sons, Richard Long of Florida, Randall Long of Alabama; daughters, Terenie D. Fitzpatrick and Samantha Long-Heckman both of Florida; brother, John Long of Georgia; sister, Donna Long Leehigh of Florida; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and friends, Vic Carr and Glenda Cook.
Donations may be made to the American Legion.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
