Gregory Stu Gay

December 16, 1958 — September 14, 2022

Mr. Gregory Stu Gay, age 63, of Hawkinsville, Georgia who was known to all his friends as “Stu” passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2022 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home at 3p.m. with Rev. Matt Greene and Danny Outlaw officiating. The family will greet friends in the chapel prior to the service from 1p.m. until service time.

Stu was born on December 16, 1958 in Hawkinsville, Georgia. Mr. Gay was a member of the Baptist faith and worked most of his life in agriculture as a farmer, heavy equipment mechanic and heavy machinery operator. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kay Corbett Lollis and father, Daniel Clifford Gay.

Those left to forever cherish his memory include his daughter, Shana Adriana Gay of Dudley, Georgia; brother, Frank Peter (Mary) Roth of Hamilton, Georgia; sister, Gail (Scott) Maynard of Orlando, Florida; step father, Jeff (Brenda) Lollis of Hawkinsville, Georgia; grandchildren, Keaton Pullen, Walker Pullen and Jenesis Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
