Gregory Rogers

Mr. Gregory Rogers, age 56, of Unadilla, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Greg was a native of Pulaski County, Georgia, but was raised in Cochran, Georgia, and was a member of the Baptist faith. He was employed with Johnson Electric and Dowdy Construction. Greg loved fishing, spending time with his girls, and especially enjoyed having a fish fry. He was known for his kindness and willingness to help others, with his friend Wesley Stewart.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tina Rogers; his parents, Wade and Dianne Rogers; his mother and fathers-in-law, Ronnie and Gayle Ayers, and Ernest Smith. He leaves behind his daughters, Mackenzie (Conner) Harris and Maggie Rogers (Trace); his brothers, Doug (Danette) Rogers, Eric (Dinone) Rogers, and Waco (Emily) Smith; and his sister, Dina (Scott) Roberts. Gregory was also cherished by his nieces and nephews, Coby, Jamie, Britleigh, Carrie, Jake, Austin, Tyler, Carlee, Rivers, and Chase, as well as his great nieces and nephews, Beau, Brantley, Ellie, Blakelynn, Teddy, Abby, Hadley and Henley.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Pope City Baptist Church, with visitation from 2:00 p.m. until 2:50 p.m. before the service begins. Rev. Danny Allen and Rev. Tracy Mays will officiate. Burial will follow in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens. Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia, is in charge of the arrangements.
