Guyton "Bucky" Davis
July 25, 1944 — September 4, 2014
Bucky was a native of Duval County, Florida and a member and deacon of the Hawkinsville First Baptist Church.He was a retired farmer and an employee of Hardy Farms Peanuts of Hawkinsville.He was preceded in death by his parents, Guyton Emory and Ruby Sapp Davis.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Davis of Hawkinsville, Ga.; son, Emory (Stacey) Davis of Dublin, Ga.; daughters, Melanie (Randy) Jones of Kathleen, Ga. and Kim Levin of Castle Rock, Colorado; brother, Jerry (Jimmie Lee) Davis of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sisters, Diane (Jerry) Lancaster of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Gloria (Floyd) Guest of Commerce, Ga.; 7 grandchildren, Trent Jones, Justin Jones, Cameron Jones, Emily Davis, Coleton Davis, Evan Davis and Jared Levin.
Pallbearers will be Eric Davis, Drew Davis, Robert Lancaster, Paul Guest, Matthew Davis and Conner Davis.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
