Helen B. Jones, age 57, of Elko, Ga. died Sunday, December 7, 2008 at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Ga.Funeral Services will be held at 2 P. M. Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Broad Street Baptist Church of Hawkinsville with the Rev. Jeff Waters and Lamar Coleman officiating.Burial will be in the Bowers Cemetery in Dodge County, Ga.

Mrs. Jones was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church of Hawkinsville, Ga.. She was retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base.She was a member of Relay for Life, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Helen was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Buice.

Survivors include her husband, Cortis Jones of Hawkinsville; daughters, Natasha (Duck) Kilgore of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Sherie (David) Dickerson of Elko, Ga.; five grandchildren; Parents, Ira Lee Johnson and Alice Johnson, both of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Sisters, Kathy Waters of Elko, Ga., Frances Pate of Byron, Ga., Alecia Leavens of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Iris Holder of Cochran, Ga. also cherished Aunt, Christine Albritton of Warner Robins, Ga.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Davis, Ryan Coleman, Wayne Wylie, Daniel Chambers, Billy Dantzler and Mark Garis.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at Clark Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers give memorial donations to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
