Hildred G. Goebel, age 83, of Hawkinsville, Ga. diedSunday, July 19, 2009 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2009 in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Dr. Kelly Pritchett officiating.Burial will be in Orange Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Goebel was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church.She was a retired secretary for Broad Street Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Survivors include Daughter, Sallie G. Berry (Houston) of Cochran, Ga.; Sons, James Brock Goebel of Hawkinsville, Ga. and Kenneth Brown Goebel of Ellabell, Ga.; Sister, Melva G. Skipper (Morgan) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Brother, Clyde F. Gilbert of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 1 grandchild, James Robert Berry; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday evening, July 21, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Houston Berry, Sam Way, Ronnie Quick, Jerry Sapp, Jabo Tharpe and Terry Sanders.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
