Jeffrey Wade Bentley, 46, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Friday, January 30, 2009 at his residence.Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 1, 2009 at Broad Street Baptist Church with Rev. Blake Westbrook, Rev. Joe Maynard and Rev. James Alexander officiating.Burial will be in Bentley cemetery in Pulaski County, Ga.

Mr. Bentley was a native of Pulaski County, Ga and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.He was an Air Force Veteran and a Truck Driver for Frito-Lay.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jeffrey Bentley of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Stepson, Mitchell Richardson of Perry, Ga.; Parents, Luke and Sue Bentley of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Brother, William (Jean) Bentley of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Sister, Lori Bentley (Keith) Jones of Warner Robins, Ga.; Several nieces and nephews, Heidi Bentley, Autumn Jones, Jenna Jones; Father and mother-in-law, Jepty and Evelyn Staples of Warner Robins, Ga.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
