Johnnie James Addison Lawhorn
November 24, 1933 — June 17, 2015
Mr. Lawhorn was a native of Marion County and a member of Double Branch Freewill Baptist Church. He was a self-employed business owner and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Hawkinsville, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris B. Lawhorn; parents, J.C. and Minnie Lawhorn; sister, Gracey Lawhorn; brother, Aimos Lawhorn and infant daughter, Penny Lawhorn.
He is survived by his daughters, Diana (Billy) Jones of Eastman, Georgia, Peggy Cummings of Americus, Georgia, Roselyn Lawhorn (Tony) Howerton of Lewisburg, Tennessee and Joy Lawhorn Stewart of Lewisburg, Tennessee; step-children, Brenda Kay (Dave) Morel and Faye Borum; brother, David Lawhorn of Fort Valley, Georgia; sisters, Magdeline Spann of Westville, Florida and Betty Rafferty of Hawkinsville, Georgia. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
