Johnny Clifton Talley

September 1, 1938 — June 17, 2020

Mr. Johnny Clifton Talley, 81, of Rochelle, Ga. passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Talley was born on September 1, 1938 and was a native of Wilcox County, Ga. and a member of Pope City Baptist Church.

Clifton spent his career as a USAF civil service employee where he retired before becoming a self-employed residential contractor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Clifton and Maggie Bell Talley; son, Troy Talley; brother, Ralph Talley; and sister, Gayle Calhoun.

Survivors include his wife, Marsha B. Talley and daughter, Faith Wray, both of Rochelle, Ga.; grandchildren, Casey Driggers (Alex), Corey Talley (Kim), Sam Bell, Jr. (Alex), Tayler Talley (Alex), Maggie Santoro (Joey), Jacob Wray, Anola Talley, Kevin Conner (Jade),and nine great-grandchildren.

A private graveside memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Pope City Baptist Church Cemetery in Rochelle, Ga.
