Js Parkerson

JS was born on October 1, 1938 in Eastman, Georgia to the late Luther and Ezelle Parkerson. Mr. Parkerson was an Air Force Veteran and member of the American Legion. He was a mechanic for Jessup Ford and self- employed owner of the corner service station in Hawkinsville. Mr. Parkerson was preceded in death by his brother, Carlston Parkerson; sister, Maezelle (Vic) Erwin and brother-in-law, Philip Sullivan.
Survivors include his children, Angela (Bruce) Mimbs of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Jimmy (Val) Parkerson; sister, Redetha Sullivan and sister-in-law, Betty Parkerson. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Steele (Krystal) Mimbs, Jacob (Tiffany) Mimbs, Emily Mimbs and Beth (Noah) Williams. His great-grandchildren are Kaylee, Jacob, Anya and Pheonix who all affectionately reffered to him as "Old Papa".
