Judy Kinard Jones

Mrs. Judy Kinard Jones, 74, of Hawkinsville, Georgia passed away Friday, October 4, 2024 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Hawkinsville First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jack Varnell and Rev. Christy Bandy officiating. A visitation will be held after the service in the social hall.

Mrs. Jones was a native of Pulaski County, Georgia and a member of the Hawkinsville First United Methodist Church where she was also a member of the church chancel choir. She was a retired teacher. Judy loved to read, cross stitch and follow children to ball games. She also enjoyed lake life. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Frank and Iris Easom Kinard.

Survivors include her husband, Ernest L. Jones; sons, John Barrett Jones, (Sonya), Jay Kilbee Jones (Carlyn); daughter, Molly Jones Hattaway (Greg); brother, William (Bill) Franklin Kinard, Jr. (Teri); 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
