Mrs. Kathryn "Kat" Howard Vaughn, 98, of Hawkinsville, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at her home in Hawkinsville.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, July 2, 2021 at Clark Funeral Home.Funeral services will be Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Chaplain Robbie Passmore officiating.Burial will be in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Vaughn was a native of Pulaski County, Ga. and a member of Wesley Chapel.She was a homemaker and her family meant everything to her.She was 1 of 9 siblings having out-lived them all.Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley and Odilia Singleton Howard; husband, Buford Vaughn; son, Danny Vaughn; daughter in law, Gail Vaughn and foster son Jessie Boyd.
Survivors include her son, Howard "Doodle" Vaughn of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughter, Sally (Johnny) Gordon of Hawkinsville, Ga.; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
