Mr. Kenneth Roger Brannen, 76, of Hawkinsville, Ga., passed away, Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Hawkinsville.Visitation will be Friday evening, July 2, 2021 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home.A private (immediate family only) graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Browndale Cemetery with Rev. Drew Richey officiating.
Mr. Brannen was a native of Dooly County, Ga. and a member of County Line Baptist Church.He retired after 36 years with Medusa and Cemex.Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Lucy Ransom Brannen and 6 siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Brannen of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sons, Roger (Maria) Brannen of Monroe, Ga., Rodney (Melissa) Brannen of Unadilla, Ga.; daughter, Lisa Cowher (Larry) of Dry Branch, Ga.; brother, Linton (Latrelle) Brannen of Unadilla, Ga.; sister, Dora Huff of Wills Point, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Tyler Brannen (Amber), Kyle Brannen, Ryan (Tori) Brannen and Rebecca Brannen; 2 great-grandchildren, Rhett Brannen and Darci Brannen.
The family requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association: 922 East Morris Street, Dalton, Ga. 30721.
