Kenneth Albert Burris

Mr. Kenneth Albert Burris, 93, of Cochran, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Home Senior Living, Cochran, Ga. Services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home with Sonya Gazdik officiating. A visitation will be held starting at 1:00 pm prior to the service. Kenneth was a native of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and a member of the Baptist faith. He was a 30-year retired Air Force Veteran. He managed malls after retirement, sold cars and also Jim Walter homes. He also worked for the city of Jacksonville, Florida. He was preceded in death by his mother, Winford B. Turnbo; wife, Martha Louise Wortham Burris; granddaughter, Lavenia Burris and his five siblings. Survivors include his son, Kenneth Burris, Jr. of Cochran, Ga.; daughter, Joann Slice (Henry) of Dunkirk Maryland; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
