Mr. Myers was a native ofHawkinsville, Georgia and a member of Broad Street Baptist Church.He was retired from civil service as an electronic mechanic at Robins Air Force Base.He was preceded in death by his parents, Mobley and Florence Myers, brother, Mitchell Myers and sister, Peggy Lamb.
Survivors include his wife, Sherry Myers of Hawkinsville, Ga.; sons, Keith Myers, (Sara), Philip Myers (Sherlyn) both of Hawkinsville, Ga.; daughter, Erica Myers Busch (Bryan) of Warner Robins, Ga.; sisters, Margie Norris (Ron) of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Connie Hamby (John) of North Carolina; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Myers (Chad West), Wesley Myers, Brantley Busch; several nieces and nephews and his beloved cats, Maggie, Zebra and Cocoa.
Flowers will be accepted (potted or basket) but the family prefers donations be made to the Heart of Georgia Humane Society, P. O. Box 7554, Macon, Ga. 31209 or Broad Street Baptist Church.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
