Laurie Ann Mays

Laurie was born in San Bernardino, California on July 27, 1972. She was a member of Blue Springs Baptist Church and worked for many years as a Corporal for the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department. Ms. Mays was also a member of the Peace Officers Association and was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Lee Mays; maternal grandfather, G.D. Loudermilk and paternal grandfather and grandmother, Jack and Mary Elizabeth Mays. She was also preceded in death by her two uncles, Mike Mays and Leon Mays.
Left to forever cherish her memory is her son, Cole Dylan Mays of Hawkinsville, Georgia; mother, Sherry (James) McDaniel of Hawkinsville, Georgia; cousins, Lacie Wood of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Stephen Mays of Washington, D.C. She is also survived by her sister, Randi Mays of Georgia.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Georgia Peace Officers Association, P.O. Box 1040, Reidsville, Georgia 30453.
