Lenward Finch, Sr., 70, of Hawkinsville, Ga. died Monday, November 2, 2009 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon, Ga.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2009 in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Freddie Rhodes and Dr. Rueben Roberts officiating.

Mr. Finch was a native of Beaverton, Alabama and a member of Westview Baptist Church.He was a retired diesel mechanic having worked for 33 years at McCranie Tractor Company.

Survivors include his wife, Vernie Finch of Hawkinsville, Ga., Son, Len (Elaine) Finch of Hawkinsville, Ga., Grandchildren, Jason, (Amanda) Finch of Macon, Ga., Colby (Danielle) Finch of Hawkinsville, Ga., Great Grandson, Casey Finch also of Hawkinsville, Ga.; Sister, Edith (Ed) Stuckey of Augusta, Ga., Jewel Dean Reese of Guin, Alabama and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital:St. Jude, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN38101-9929.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, Nov. 4 from 6-8 p.m. in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel.

Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
