Leonard Wilson Howard, age 82, of Cochran, Georgia died Saturday, February 22, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be at Christian Friends Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 2p.m. with Rev. Bob McClain and Rev. Todd Shearin officiating. Visitation will be held at Clark Funeral Home from 6p.m. to 8p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2014.
Mr. Howard was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia and was a member of Christian Friends Baptist Church. He was a retired Warehouse Manager for Alementa Peanut & Oil Company. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Wesley Howard and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie Howard of Cochran, Georgia; sons, Arthur Howard of Hawkinsville, Georgia and Ray (Sharon) Howard of Hawkinsville, Georgia; sister, Kathryn Vaughn of Hawkinsville, Georgia. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
